God's Word Concerning Vaccinations

It started as a gentle click in our spirit – that feeling that something wasn’t right. Then it grew into a deep agony combined with a hunger to know His design and will.

As children we had lined up with our other classmates and withstood the pain as the school nurse inoculated us -- good little cookie-cutter children.

Then when it came to our turn as adults and our own children’s health, we — obedient to the wise doctors and State advisories — held our screaming children as they received their vaccination shots "knowing we were doing the right thing."

But after a shot session with our third son before his second birthday, we starting feeling a nudge from the Lord. It started as a quick question: "Why?" At that time we didn’t know anyone who was not vaccinating his or her children or who was even questioning the sanity of the process.

We delved into God’s Word and had a sickening feeling as we became aware of our sin. We had never prayed about IF we should allow our children to be immunized. We had prayed that it wouldn't be as traumatic as the last time and that our child would not be terrified, but we had never even consulted God about the act itself. We had accepted the programming we had received as children (over and over in literature and history and science classes) that scientists were always right and that if vaccinations weren’t safe our government wouldn’t allow them. We had left God out of the loop, completely out of our decision-making process.

Yes, we are still studying God’s Word to strengthen our relationship with Him and to know Him, but for this article, we’ll develop twelve of the key points from His Word that convinced us that allowing our children to be vaccinated would be sin.

Before we highlight those twelve points, we want you to know that we have files full of documentation against vaccinations. We average one contact a week from yet another family whose child is a victim of vaccination damage. We have the charts, graphs, and studies to prove how dangerous the worldwide inoculation program is. But we also know that "they" (those like the President’s wife who want to vaccinate every child on the planet) also have their charts, graphs, and studies1 from experts. On this issue, as all issues, we wanted the Truth. Man can "prove" many viewpoints and "facts." They can concoct "evidence" of evolution, and statistically prove that there is no god. So, we didn’t want to base our decision on more "knowledge" generated by man. We wanted to go to the Source and feed on His Word and His Truth.

Yes, we do appreciate testimonies and realize that there is a place for present day research and documentation (just as Jesus told the leper to prove his healing before the priests2) so that God receives the glory. We have been collecting these stories and studies because they do serve a purpose (there are those who put stock in such studies and want "hard evidence.") But, we only want to hold fast to God’s opinion on any issue, and only accept those "facts" that testify to God’s perspective.

We have had hundreds of families ask us for our testimony about this issue. They are seeking our Bible study material. At no time are we attempting to convict or make decisions for people. Only the Holy Spirit convicts. Yet, along with His Conviction, we trust that God uses His children as iron sharpens iron3 to encourage and edify each other. We ask that you seek God about this issue, study your Holy Bible systemically, and then act obediently to His Illumination.

1) God is our Creator: He knows how our bodies work and He understands Healing


We firmly believe that God is incapable of sinning. His is Love4 and His Love will manifest itself in our lives. He would never train us to do harmful actions. He knows how our bodies work while man is just beginning to understand some of the intricacies of our bodies.

Doctors who don’t have the gift of healing are working through a fog. God can supernaturally work through a pagan to bring about His Will5. In modern terms that means if God wants to heal someone, He can intervene even through pagan medical practices and practitioners to bring about His Perfect Will.

He would never command us to do anything that is contrary to His design for our bodies. In other words, God never would Himself do anything that contradicted Himself. For example if eating meat was truly sinful for all of mankind, then Jesus would never have eaten meat Himself6 or prepared it for others to consume7, or Father God would not have commanded the Israelites to consume all of the Passover Lamb8. (Note: We realize that God customizes His callings for certain people9 and what is permissable for one, could be sinful for another.)

Do you know that God knew, well before microscopes were invented, about biological warfare and germs and bacteria? Read for yourself the methods God commanded of the Israelites to protect themselves from illness: from mildew cleaning techniques to breaking contaminated clay pots10. Though it may seem frivolous to destroy a pot because it was fouled, God knew that clay is porous and that microscopic germs can not be cleaned out and that any future use of that pot could spread the germ. His ruling was good sanitation. God knows all and His laws are for the good of His people. Yes, the laws have amazing symbolic meaning (what God calls clean is CLEAN, the Sacrificial system, etc.), but they also have practical applications and are a true blessing. God does know ALL.

Before someone suggests "legalism" lets address that concern. Searching for God's opinion in a matter by thorough Scriptural study and believing that the Law God commanded reveals His view on an issue is not the same as what the Pharisees were guilty of. They sought the law to control others. We are seeking the Scriptures to seek the heart of God, the Spirit behind the laws. They also used the law as means to eternal life11, instead of Faith12. Please don't label us as Pharisaical simply because we think the book of Leviticus has value and its Truths are relevant to our lives today. We do not dare to evaluate the Law13, but to worship the Lawgiver.

Application: God knows how our bodies work and includes the principles for healing in His Word. His Word is not mute on the issue of vaccinations. Though there isn’t a verse that says, "Thou shalt not vaccinate" there are commands, stories, and principles in His Word that calls the basic premise of vaccinations into question.

2) Disease is a result of sin


There was no death or disease in Eden before sin. As a result of that initial sin, death and disease started on this planet14. Therefore, there is a link between disease and sin. Disease is a result of sin. Sometimes the disease or illness is a direct result of personal sin (lung cancer as a result of years of smoking, liver disease as a result of alcohol use, etc.) Sometimes it is not, as in the case of the man who was blind from birth: the blindness was so that the works of God should be made manifest in him (John 9:2). Sometimes it is a result of the effect of sin on the planet as in our depleted food supply and the curse on the land15 (green harvesting, not observing the Sabbath rest for the fields every seventh year16, not leaving the corners for gleaning17, and other non-blessed farming techniques that deplete the food supply, and contribute to weakening our immune systems and inviting the way for conditions like Epstein-Barr and other immune deficiency problems). Sometimes it is from the impact of others’ direct sin in our lives (injury from an automobile accident caused by drunk driving).

Application: As with all sin – it (death and disease) is not an insignificant issue or something that should be decided upon separate from God’s Word. Sin must be handled via the Blood of Jesus. God is to receive all the glory for healing. To exclude the concept of sin from the study and eradication of disease is folly. More applications of this precept to follow.

3) Uncleanness was to be sent out of the Camp, not embraced


The very theory or concept of immunization is faulty. The idea is to inject a person with the disease (they have nice scientific terms like antigens and serums, etc. but it is still disease) so that the person’s own immune system will learn how to fight the disease and then overcome the disease when the person is exposed to it again.

If this is a truism and in harmony with God’s design, then God would have known about it and chosen that means to strengthen the immune systems of His people. But when you examine Scripture, you find the opposite true. Throughout the book of Leviticus, God ordered the Israelites to quarantine those with infectious diseases. If the very premise of inoculations were based on divine design, then God would have ordered everyone in the camp to expose themselves to the infected person so their immune systems would develop antibodies to that disease and thus "vaccinate" themselves against a future occurrence. God didn’t. He said to send the person with the disease out of the camp until the priest declared them pure. God called them unclean and commanded they be separated. Now the modern scientists actually inject the uncleanness into the body. The scientific method is 180 degrees off from God’s commands.

Most Christians are familiar with the teaching about our bodies being the temple of the Lord, that God now lives in us18. What softened our hearts was linking that Truth with the convicting verses in Malachi chapter one (verses 6-14) when God chastises about bringing polluted bread to the temple for the altar and sick animals for sacrifice and offerings19. We ask you to place this before the Lord and allow Him to soften your heart and give you His perspective about this.

Application: God ordered His people to stay away from sin (or uncleanness), not to inject it or its cause into their bodies. The very basis for inoculations is in opposition to God’s design and instructions. If God has now turned our bodies into His Dwelling Place, then what are we doing by deliberately bringing sick animals (the very nature of vaccines) and polluted bread (think about those ramifications) into His Temple of our bodies.

4) The Bible never encourages us to try a little sin to prevent more sin

If we followed the same logic as that which "justifies" the vaccination program, then all married individuals should have one "fling" to prevent the future "disease" of long term affairs and divorces from becoming epidemic. If injecting "sin" into our lives prevents more sin, then we should apply that "sound advice" to all areas of our life. Now, we don’t think anyone who loves the Father is going to think that a good idea (except those who are seeking sin as a way of life and don’t need more excuses, they have enough of their own).

As a symbol of sin, yeast was to be completely removed from a Hebrew home20 during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Jesus didn’t tell the woman who was about to be stoned, "Good, now that you have committed adultery this once, it will prevent any future occurrence. You are now inoculated against any more fornication." No, He said, "Go, and sin no more21." He never embraced sin. He disdained it.

Application: We shouldn’t embrace uncleanness (sin) to prevent more sin. Again, the very premise of vaccinations is faulty.

5) Jesus never healed by exposure to illness

If you examine every time Jesus healed, you’ll never find Him using any process or procedure that can be shown as a model or example justifying inoculations. If the "science" behind inoculations is Truth, then Jesus would have had all his assembled followers expose themselves to the handicapped, infirmed, or leprous by touching the diseased areas. He didn’t. He healed the sick and in some cases commanded them ONCE clean to show themselves to the priests22 for clearance. Jesus did expose Himself to all sorts of illness – and He never sinned. He was Perfect. Nothing could take Him23 or blemish Him until He Himself allowed the sin of the world to come upon Him at Calvary. Any other attempt to harm Him failed. It wasn’t His time. He came for the sick (spiritually, emotionally, and physically ill)24. It makes for such a blessed study to examine each story of Jesus healing in the Holy Bible. Then for an added blessing study how the first Christians and Apostles then followed Jesus example and healed the sick. Not once did they call all those assembled to inject, ingest, or even touch the illness first —— God healed completely using them as mere instruments of His Power.

Application: God healed many from disease and injury and birth defects. Unlike modern medicine’s approach, exposure to the contamination was never part of His healing process. His instructions for healing and cleansing were quite different. Study it yourself and ask God to reveal Himself as you read.

6) Curses and Blessings

There is a law of curses and blessings. God ordains reaping and sowing. Words have power. As we study the Holy Bible, we see examples of how what we say does have effects. Words affect our lives and those whom we bless and curse. In the mornings, Alan lays hands on our children and his wife and gives an "Abrahamic-styled" blessing. He speaks those things that are lovely and pure25 over us. He speaks forth good things for his family, calling God’s blessings to our lives.

He could in contrast, call down curses26 and disease upon us. He could confess illness upon us: "You will get ill and sickly and diseased." In a way when we vaccinate our children, we are accepting the curse that they will get rubella, hepatitis, and aids (the aids vaccine is now in testing and there is a push to make it mandatory).

We want to bless our children, not curse them. Likewise, we do not assume that every child will go through teenage rebellion. We don't see that as a universal truth or principle spelled out in Scripture. We have not cursed our children from their childhood telling them that they will go through it. We have been praying the Scriptures of joy and peace over them instead. Yes, satan would have us all believe that some events in some people's lives are fate and that everyone will incur certain consequences. Instead, we choose to believe that Jesus' work on the cross nullified curses.

Application: We don't want to empower curses by accepting them, receiving them, or injecting them into our children. Instead we want to pray the blood of Jesus over them and receive all the good things God has in store for them.

7) Shall We Put Our Trust in God or Science?

It is tough to recognize and then reject many of the paradigms we were reared to believe. For generations, we have been fed daily on how wonderful science is. Remember the slogan, "Better Living Through Chemistry"? Our teachers, the media, and sometimes even our families believed the campaign. Think about the theme of many of the shows and movies we saw as children. Yes, there were some sci-fi flicks that made scientists seem horrible (The Artichoke that Annihilated Atlanta and their ilk), but much of what we saw was of a brighter tomorrow with things getting better and better. That's how many parents believed the lie that formula was better than mother's milk. Just as Adolf Hitler's propaganda minister, Goebbels convinced many Germans that Aryans were a superior race, we were convinced that scientists "knew it all" and could actually improve on God's designs. It wasn't until much later in our own lives, thanks to God using the work of many Christian scientists, that the scales were lifted from our vision and we saw the falsehood of their "logic." I think that if some Christians understood how much of modern so-called scientific theory is rooted in the gargantuan lie of evolution, they'd run from some of the lab results rather than paying for them. We understand Scripture to teach that the earth is getting worse the farther we get from Eden. Adam was a superior man intellectually and physically than modern man. We aren't evolving to a better species, we're headed into the final confrontation between good and evil and our side wins — then yes, we will become a better "race" — because we'll have resurrected bodies and be in God's Presence. Our future is bright, not because of new inventions, better medicine, and global awareness, but because the book of Revelation will be fulfilled.

We are not saying all scientists are evil. We are not saying all medicine is wrong. We are not saying that there aren't some "anomalies of improvements" in our condition (though they are brief). We are saying the overall trend is toward Apocalypse.

We are saying that only when we seek FIRST God's Kingdom, will we have real improvements. Those improvements come from a surrendered heart and mind-set to our Lord's Perfect Plan. Only developments and "inventions" and "discoveries" that are aligned with His Word are True blessings.

If satan27 has afflicted you or your child with a disease, do you think he would rather have you physically ill or spiritually ill? Too many Christians will embrace an approach to health for a temporary relief of symptoms, and never see the demonically–based, false religion they have adopted with it. We are blessed to receive many testimonies of Christians who are now free from some traps like new-age diets and healing techniques to the "voodoo" of today’s ultra-modern medicine. Ultimately God is in control, and it is He who will prove us through the fire of refinement28.

God is not in the business of just relieving the symptoms. He cures! As you research for yourself the science and methodology of modern medical practices, examine how much of the "treatments" sole goal is to lessen the consequences of illness — the outward manifestations — the pain.

Yet, we see God going in and destroying the source of the pain and the illness. Jesus destroyed the source, SIN, on the cross. We don't want a temporary relief of the pain — we want the cure. Think about those who, though it is not worded this way, would have you believe that the reason you get headaches is because you have a Tylenol-deficiency. All the pain-reliever does is mask the symptoms; it doesn't eradicate the cause. Do we really think children are hyperactive because their little bodies are low on the Ritalin vitamin? These are the same marketers29 who instruct you to

take sleeping pills to rest at night and then to drink a pot of caffeine to wake up the next morning,
eat unhealthy food and then take antacid to redeem the consequences to your digestive tract,
take anti-inflammatories for arthritis and then charge you to sew up the damage done to your stomachs as a result,
sweeten everything and then will train you how to inject insulin into your bodies to "balance" out the damage done.
And the list goes on and on.
Application: We ask that before you ingest, inject, or rub-on any treatment, know what its purpose is and test to see if that is compatible with God's Word. Do you really believe God's Word is Truth and, if you do, are you living like that? Or do you think some of God and some of Science is the answer? Or do you think that maybe God didn't understand all about microbials and cellular structures and modern man has more answers than God Himself? Are you seeking a healing or THE HEALER? How we treat ourselves medically says a great deal about who we think God is.

8) Dead bodies and Cannibalism

The very methods used to create some of the vaccinations are barbaric and inhumane. Let's first look at what God says about contact with dead bodies and about cannibalism. He forbids contact. Read for yourself in the Holy Bible30. Yes, there are times when God's agent did touch a dead body as when Elijah stretched himself upon the dead body of the widow’s son from Zarephath31 and God revived him. Notice that was for the good of the child, not for the health of Elijah. Even Jesus touched the hand of the dead daughter of Jairus32 and gave her life. But each time33 it was for the good of the dead34, not the living.

Cannibalism is likewise anathema to God. This seems so obvious that we won't spend space proving that point35. God warned His people that if they didn't obey His commands and if they departed from His teachings, they would become so accursed that they would even degrade to the point of consuming their own children.

Did you know that the rubella vaccine is cultured from aborted babies obtained during the 1964 rubella epidemic36? The chickenpox vaccine is "cultured in the lung tissue of two aborted babies. One male and one female, aborted surgically at three months gestation."37

Leviticus 19:28: Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks (tattoos) upon you: I am the Lord.

Application: Our society has hit such a time of sin that we are consuming our own children by ingestion and injection through the vaccination development process and inoculation system.

9) Man is a Special Creation

If someone believes that a man is just further up the evolutionary chain than a white rat or a monkey, then it follows that cross-sampling, cross-implantation, and cross-injections are sound science. But we see something totally different when we read Scripture. All the animals were spoken into existence. Man was not. God reached down and touched man into reality and then did an amazing thing: He breathed into Adam the breath of life. God did not do that with any of His other creations (except Adam and Eve). Christ shed His precious blood to redeem man — not apes or lab rats. The very premise that animals and man are species-brothers and are just a few DNA short of each other is foreign to the Word of God.

We are called to be good stewards of the animals of this planet. We are forbidden from any closer physical contact39 than mere stewardship. We are forbidden to cross-breed40 animals.

Even the term vaccine is derived from the Latin word for cow, "vacca." The original use of cowpox to immunize people from smallpox gives you an idea of the "rich" history of this methodology. In 1796 Dr. Edward Jenner took some diseased cowpox matter from the hand of a milkmaid and inserted it into the cut arm of a healthy eight-year old boy. The boy caught cowpox. Then 48 days later Dr. Jenner injected the boy with smallpox and it had no effect.

"Some stealth viruses originally came from the tissues used to produce viral vaccines. In particular, African green monkeys were used to make polio vaccines. The first stealth virus identified came from the cytomegalovirus of African green monkeys. Dog tissues and duck tissues were used to make rubella vaccines and viruses from these species are another potential source of stealth viruses."41

Application: Do your own research. Find out how vaccinations are made and what animals are used to develop them. Test in your own spirit if it is God's Perfect Will for man to inject himself with cells from other species.

10) Never to consume blood

God knew the problems we would encounter if we ingested blood. He understands more than anyone the function and blessings of our circulatory system. In addition, there is the beautiful symbolism of the need for shedding blood to cover sin and the Supernatural Power of the Blood of Jesus42 redeeming us, there are some common-sense principles in the Bible concerning blood handling. Reach for your concordance and seek His Word concerning the word "blood."

Do you know how much we are flooding our systems with contaminated matter when we inject or ingest vaccinations? Our immune system was divinely designed. Usually we are exposed to disease through our noses, mouths, etc. However, modern science is forcing the issue by exposing us to the disease through injection directly into our blood system — circumventing the God-created system for fighting germs. If that isn't bad enough, the health-care "professionals" are injecting combination shots into the children. What are the chances that through normal exposure a child would simultaneously be exposed to measles, mumps, and rubella at the same time? God built an amazing immune system in mankind to fight normal exposures. What are we doing by distorting and afflicting that immune system? Are we now reaping the results of damaging our immune systems with the outbreaks of all these "new" conditions our society is facing?

Application: Study what God's Word says about proper handling of blood and then research how vaccinations distort that ideal. Take hope that God is full of grace and that the blood of Jesus will cover our sins of the past and the future. Nothing is beyond His healing power.

11) Don’t frustrate your children

Beyond the issues of physical principles, God's commandments, and our bodies let's consider the idea of our children being a blessing that God has miraculously given to us to rear. We feel that being the parents of our children is one of highest honors God has given us. We believe we are not to exasperate our children but should bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.43 We can't in good conscience force our children to endure the trauma and immediate side effects of vaccinations. It is one thing to hold them during necessary44 procedures (removing a splinter) and treatments (consuming some herbal remedies), it is another to hold them for unnecessary pain. How can I tell them it is for their own good?

Application: Our children are a divine trust that God gives each parent. We are accountable to Him for how we treat them. We want to parent our children as God parents us.

12) If it isn’t a step of Faith, then it is sin

As with so many decisions we have to make concerning our lives, we have to bring it down to this choice: Can we do it as a step of Faith? If we have to exclude Faith to complete the process, then we opt out. We believe God's Word in Romans 14:23 is true: "for whatsoever is not of faith is sin." We are at a point in our walk with God that to allow our children to be vaccinated would NOT be an act of Faith in Him, and therefore it would be sin.

Application: We cling to the idea that He pours grace and mercy to cover our sins through the blood of Jesus, but we should not intentionally seek to sin. We will sin, we know that. But we should not deliberately set out to do something that He has shown us is wrong. If God convicts you through His word that you can not vaccinate your children as an act of Faith in Him, then be very careful not to defy Him.

Our Testimony

After our third son, Trent had a round of shots, we felt such an intense prompting from the Holy Spirit that we devoured God's Word about this topic. Some of what we are beginning to understand we've written in the twelve points above. We stopped the whole shots and drops process before our fourth child was born. None of our children have had any vaccinations since that time. It was nearly two years later that we discovered that those last shots had done damage to our precious third son. As a result of those shots, Trent currently has autistic symptoms.45 We don't feel called to prove this in a court of law — we have a different calling for our time, energy, and resources. We've pleaded with God to explain why He didn't bring us under conviction before those damaging shots. We're at peace with His answer. He does love us. He is making good out of the damage. Though we can't "prove it," we know what God placed on our hearts: had we not stopped then, the next set of shots would have killed our son. So, God, in His mercy allowed the initial damage, but prevented the fatal injuries. Since then we have grown in the Lord through Trent's condition. God has given us a ministry to thousands of other parents across the world who are going through similar conditions. God has taught us to rely on Him and to rest in Him. The growth and blessing of Trent's autism and the ministry is one of our favorite topics to speak and write about — listing the blessings would fill volumes. And God is healing him . . .

For emphasis, we want to state that we were convinced vaccinations are unBiblical BEFORE we knew we had a vaccine-damaged child. This was not a study of "now he's injured, let's prove why." It was a study of "God, show us Your Ways, no matter what we need to change in our lives." So, we believe the Bible's principles are applicable to everyone, not just our family because one of our children has a "sensitivity." At that time we knew no one else who had opted out of the system or even were citing Scriptural concerns about immunology. Since then, God has brought hundreds of other concerned parents, writers, and medical personnel into our lives for confirmation, mutual encouragement, and testimonials.

Wrap-up

There is still so much about this topic that we haven't covered here:

There are the political issues of the United Nations program to vaccinate every child on the planet and their warped reasons as to why.
There are scary, and yet very real, threats and uses of experimental "hidden" elements in batches of vaccinations.
There are the monetary (yes, greed) issues involved with the plan. There are billions of dollars involved in this scheme.
There is the questionable research going on to develop more vaccinations and the justification of aborting children for that research.
There are the ethical issues of a push for mandatory aids vaccinations and accompanying homosexual agenda.
There is the cookie-cutter method of dealing with individuals.
There is the issue of forced inoculations and mass-application ideas (if we won't stand for the shots, perhaps water-treatment methods . . .).
There is the sad issue of Christian media running "ads" equating not vaccinating with the dangerous practice of allowing a two-year-old child to play on an interstate highway and how the church is deluded about this topic and many other end-time issues.
There are the legal issues about opting out of the system.
There is the constitutional question of the illegality of the State's demands for filing religious exemptions (modern-day Gestapo-tactics) and list making.
There are the legal options for religious exemptions from the religious exemption forms.
There are the issues of parental rights verses the "village's rights."
But even if we didn't have files full of such material, our Bible study is convicting enough. And even if we were the only people on the planet who obeyed His Word about this issue, we would still choose this road.

We have not "arrived" and are still laying ALL our medical and health-related decisions before God's throne and are seeking Him. We are still seeking and have much to repent about and much to still learn. So, please join the Lord in knowing that we, and thus this article, are works-in-process.

Ultimately the decision is yours — before the Lord. Don't let the state intimidate you into an action that you feel is sinful. God is bigger than the State and has all Power. Seek Him out. He will instruct you and give you Wisdom. Then go in PEACE.

39) Leviticus 18:23-30 (These are specific to sexual relations, but injecting animal-based serums are applicable). Living Animals were "money," gave milk, eggs, performed labor, were transportation. Slaughtered animals served as meat, hides, and horns. Using non-meat for health was like witchcraft "eye of newt," chicken feet, blood. Point is we use animals for a variety of things, but some things, like sex, fortune telling drugs, and cruelty were not permitted. For instance, pagan religions use animal parts for non-blessed acts – Roman soothsayers would "read" chicken entrails to forth-tell the outcome of battles.
